1. Skill-to-Career Program

Objective:

Increasing students' employability.

Methodology: Making add-on courses (such as data analysis, digital marketing, or soft skills) mandatory alongside the regular curriculum.

* Signing MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) with local industries so that students can undertake internships.

* Launching an 'Earn While You Learn' scheme, where students can earn a small honorarium by assisting with small administrative or technical tasks at the college.

2. Green & Sustainable Campus

Objective:
Instilling a sense of social responsibility and environmental protection among students.

* Methodology:

* Zero Waste: Completely banning plastic on the college campus and composting wet waste.

* Energy Conservation: Installing solar panels on campus and using 'smart classrooms' to save electricity.
* Water Harvesting: Implementation of 'Rainwater Harvesting' system compulsorily and involving students in its management.
